What if your house has been for sale for nearly three months and you've lost all hope that it will sell?
What if you are plugging along in your life with your writing, and your mothering of sweet twin girls, and your wifing and suddenly, and suddenly?
What if someone wants to buy your house, at full asking price, which is lower than you originally listed, and they're ready to write their offer down on paper?
What if they wanted it, but they wanted it to be theirs in just 30 days? Just four weeks?
What if ... ?
Edited to clarify: What if ... your agent just got a little ahead of the game and no such offer is going to be made? Sadly, this what if, is most true of all.

What if you accepted the offer and started getting ready for a new adventure? Sounds fun and scary and stressful to me.
I have this silly fantasy every time I visit a dream home. What if someone said, "The dream house is yours IF you get all your stuff out of your old house in 24 hours."
I'd get busy.
And it sounds like you better also.
I'd say: I TOLD YOU SO.
I'd say those moving PODS are nice and I'd be very very excited about looking for a new house, especially the good deal you can get in this market!
Id say, YES!!!!!
Oh, the housing thing is all so stressful! When we bought our house, we figured we'd move after a few years, but immediately after we moved I decided I never wanted to do it again! Too stressful!
