Peach and brie quesadillas with honey lime dipping sauce -- it's a summer fav of mine. Mix thin slices of peach with a little brown sugar and some fresh chopped chives. Spread some brie on a tortilla and top with peaches. Fold in half and saute. Dipping sauce is 2 tbsp honey, plus 2 tsp lime juice and 1/2 tsp grated lime rind. Yum!
But with a sinus infection, I'd just splurge and order pizza! ;) Hope you feel better soon.
